Steamboat Springs, CO

We recently went on a trip to Steamboat Springs, CO with Chris' family. On the way there, we stopped in Vernal, Utah and got to see the Vernal Temple. One of the first things we did in Steamboat Springs is ride on the Gondola (enclosed ski lift). It takes you all the way up to the top of the mountain, so you get to enjoy an amazing view without having to hike. Sweet!

Fish Creek Falls is another popular attraction site in Steamboat Springs that we got to see. The trails are paved, so its great place to go hiking with a stoller. Absolutely beautiful.

My parents, Bradley, and Hayley came to Steamboat Springs to vacation with us for a few days. We had a little picnic at Fish Creek Falls.

Chris and I went on a scenic ride to the top of the mountain where the Alpine Slide is located. On our way up we saw this little goofer peering over the slide. It was so funny. We saw him move and eventually run off, so we know he was real!

Lots of pool time on this trip. Did I mention that Katelyn is a total water baby. No fear. I can’t even get her to sit in this floatation device anymore.

The day after we got home we took Katelyn to the 4th of July parade.
